Our client is a growing, mission-driven technology company (healthcare industry) that helps families across the US. They have developed an online platform that connects families searching for solutions with a team of experienced local advisors.
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join their team. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a remote team of sales representatives responsible for advising families and helping them find the right solutions. This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other divisions to drive company success.
Responsibilities
- Travel occasionally for Divisional and Organizational Sales Meetings, as well as local visits to community partners
- Monitor and manage team performance to achieve and exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
- Provide strong and dynamic leadership that guides team members to maximize conversion rates and outcomes from every interaction
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and the last day of each month
- Prepare and report on market performance to the Senior Leadership team as required
- Train, mentor, and manage the team to build relationships and educate families over the phone, understanding their unique needs and connecting them with appropriate solutions
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, coaching, and motivation
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and access to a designated home office space with a high-speed internet connection
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address personnel issues promptly and professionally
- Passion for managing by metrics and driving results
- Cultivate a positive and energetic sales atmosphere within the team
- Results-oriented mindset, thriving in a highly independent work environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other departments or business functions to achieve shared goals
- Minimum of three years' experience successfully leading a sales team, exceeding quotas
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- Proven track record of developing new sales talent into top performers
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage experienced sales professionals to maximize their performance

- Yearly Bonus: 40% of base salary
