We are searching for an experienced top-notchSales Account Executivewith a strong background in the nutraceuticals industry to join our excellent team. With over 20 years of expertise in the nutraceuticals / pharmaceuticals market, our company is at the forefront of innovation and quality. Join us in driving growth, expanding our customer base, and establishing strategic partnerships in the thriving nutraceuticals industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the nutraceuticals industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with advancements in the nutraceuticals industry.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the management team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on sales performance.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our nutraceutical offerings.


Requirements:

  • Availability for travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry conferences, and participate in trade shows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the nutraceuticals market, including knowledge of key players, industry trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Minimum of 20 years of sales experience in the nutraceuticals / pharmaceuticals industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
