Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with top management in America to establish sales targets and marketing goals.
  2. Achieve annual sales targets as directed by the regional sales director and oversee brand development in the USA.
  3. Maintain and enhance relationships with regional entities and customer organizations, including managing contract execution, such as purchase order placement, delivery, training, and related tasks.
  4. Support and represent Hithium in marketing projects, including participation in exhibitions and online/offline events.
  5. Provide timely support and services to channel customers.
  6. Maintain relationships with existing customers and stay updated on new developments.
  7. Actively monitor competitors' market activities and gather detailed information about their products.
  8. Undertake other sales and marketing-related tasks assigned by regional sales leaders.


Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of sales experience in the energy storage industry.
  2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  3. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering/Marketing or a related field.
  4. Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, or French is a plus.

  3. Capable of collaborating with the HQ team in China, despite the time difference between the USA and China.
