Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our strategic partners, as well as driving adoption and growth of our financial technology solutions. The qualified candidate will analyze trends, diagnose root cause of performance, and create actionable plans for operational and sales improvements.


Job Responsibilities


  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner account management plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with our strategic partners, including banks, payment processors, and other financial institutions.
  • Educate and enable partners to effectively sell and market our products and services to their clients, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing support of our solutions by partners and their clients.


Job Requirements

  • Analytical skills with the proven ability to utilize data as a key element in planning, decision making, problem solving and selling in the adoption of business driving actions.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and deliver on commitments.
  • Proficient in using MS Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, leading presentations, and business discussions across all stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Must exhibit a strong work ethic, strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a good sense of humor.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years proven work experience in account management, sales, or project management. - FinTech experience a plus.
  • Natural talent for Organizing, Coordinating, Collaborating and Problem Solving.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
