Job Description

HealthCare Company is seeking an Account Specialist to support their Account Managers and Sales Team!
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5PM
Location: REMOTE

  • Provide technical/analytical support in determining and resolving issues, and in identifying opportunities
  • Support internal operational processes in support of the Account Managers and Sales team.

Additional Qualifications
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and work prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of operations including systems, reporting, customer service and online tools.
  • Prior experience in wellness management or account services.
  • 3 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Additional relevant experience, or training/certifications may be considered in lieu of education requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
