Leader, HCM Account Manager ($90K - $100K+, Plus overrides & bonus OTE - $150K - $200K+)


  • Newly created position due to the growth of the company.
  • 2+ years of experience Overseeing an HCM Account Manager team, actively coaching performance, and providing ongoing learning and development opportunities to account managers.
  • The Account Manager, Leader will be responsible for developing a high-performing team of 8 within a defined territory to drive revenue growth and achieve sales quotas.
  • Responsible for attracting, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high-performing Account Managers focused on cross-selling and upselling services to current clients.



HCM Sales Executive ($65K - $80K, Plus Commission OTE - $130K - $175K+


  • 2+ years of Sales experience selling HCM Payroll or HR Software solutions is required
  • You will spearhead prospecting for new clients and running discovery calls/demos.
  • Identify and develop new HCM prospects through networking and business development sales activities.
