Job Description
Job Summary
Core BTS, a leading provider of digital transformation consulting and IT professional services, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Account Manager will be to prospect and qualify potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound sales development, with a focus on selling technology or consulting services.
Essential Duties
  • Understand business qualifications to proactively collaborate with the marketing team utilizing qualified target account leads and in-demand active sales campaigns
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify potential customers for our cloud consulting services
  • Partner with Core BTS’s strategic partners and counterpart Sales Development Representative teams to drive new account strategies
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet our target customer profile and have a potential need for our services
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified appointments and revenue generated from those appointments
  • Co-manage sales cycle alongside Account Executive
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to set up and schedule appointments for the next steps in the sales process
  • Use our CRM and other sales tools to document and track prospecting activities, lead qualification, and progress through the sales funnel
  • Continue interaction throughout sales cycle, remain involved as a sales support resource for the account, and coordinate with internal and external resources on the progress of the sales cycle
  • Build and manage outbound email campaigns, sequences, and cadences to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with sellers in partner community to drive attendance to events
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • 3-5 years of experience selling technology or consulting services preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets for qualified appointments and revenue generated
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Microsoft and related technology solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales automation tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales development and/or inside sales
