Tech Sales Manager - Remote

Campify is a leading summer camp software scheduling platform, providing top-notch solutions to summer camps across the country. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Tech Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the summer camp industry, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to be a top seller. This role is fully remote but may include occasional travel for conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued use of Campify.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the Campify platform.
• Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on product features and functionality based on client feedback.

Requirements:

• Passion for technology and innovation
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, marketing, or technology)
• Previous professional experience at a summer camp (Director, Assistant. Director, etc)
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of the summer camp industry, including its operations, challenges, and opportunities

Prefered:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success
• Previous professional experience at a summer camp

Compensation:

Range: 40K-90K
