We are looking for an Account Manager to join our EU Program in growing and maintaining relationships with our most strategic customers in the Unites States and Canada. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our tool (FlowAnalytics). Committed to empowering our customers, your role will focus on identifying and leveraging opportunities for growth. Your strategic approach to sales, coupled with your ambition to meet or exceed revenue goals, will go hand in hand with your commitment to serving the best interests of our clients. Acting as an internal advocate for our customers, you will be instrumental in ensuring they are well-positioned for success.


Responsibilities


  • Exercises business acumen in account planning, considering the economic, industry, and company factors through a customer-centric lens.
  • Promotes decisive action from customers by establishing a shared vision and considering the value propositions that unite all stakeholders.
  • Conducts comprehensive research on a customer's business, formulating insightful questions to present during customer meetings.
  • Probes with layered, open-ended queries to delve beyond superficial details and truly understand a customer's objectives and challenges.
  • Drives customer growth by actively spotting opportunities to deliver additional customer value.
  • Demonstrates commercial thinking and applies business acumen in crafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Proactively curbs churn risk by adopting a customer-centric strategy that puts their needs first.
  • Identifies all critical stakeholders in an account to evaluate the relationship's strength and develop an effective outreach strategy.
  • Maintains engagement with customers throughout to confirm and clarify value, and adjusts strategy as needed to optimize ROI.
  • Fosters relationships across multiple levels and departments within a customer's organization.
  • Leverages data and insights to support investment recommendations and overcome any customer objections.
  • Practices discipline in territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.


Basic Qualifications


  • Previous account management experience
  • Fluency in English


Preferred Qualifications


  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
  • Experience with Web Analytics software
  • Experience selling IT solutions
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, forecasting, strategic planning, and business acumen skills
  • Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results


Remuneration


  • Base salary: $70000 -$90000
