Job Summary
As the Events and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing our digital and physical events. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with exceptional project management and communication skills. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our overall marketing efforts. The compensation for this position ranges between $40,000-50,000 USD.
What You Will Do
Event Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with the Head of Field Marketing to develop event strategies and objectives.
Manage all aspects of event planning and logistics, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, project timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate swag and collateral allocation and ensure timely delivery for each event.
Oversee on-site event operations for major US trade shows.
Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and feedback.
Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and logistics.
Operations
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient execution.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Excellent time management skills with acute attention to detail.
