Responsibilities Partner with Head of Marketing on determining global event strategy and ensuring alignment with the marketing plan. Build a multi-year plan for owned events, event sponsorships, and regional events globally. Own the strategy and the entire lifecycle of sponsored conferences, hackathons, and events. Own the strategy and the entire lifecycle of company events, off-sites, customer advisory board meetings, VIP dinners, etc. Measure and communicate the impact of all engagements, optimizing for future events accordingly. Help drive towards demand generation goals by creating events that will drive marketing qualified leads, and, more importantly, pipeline. Organize and launch round-table series with Blockchain & Crypto industry leaders vía Zoom and/or audio/Spaces Built & manage Hubspot campaigns for all events and webinars. Create all email outreach and owned the customer journey for all events. Work with key stakeholders to align on event strategy, goals, and objectives – including areas such as marketing, branding, communications strategy, customer success, and product. Align the events strategy to key corporate initiatives.

Qualifications-: Experience in event marketing within an agency, tech company, or financial services organization. Excellent communication skills and comfortable leading event briefing calls Strong collaborator and easy to work with across time-zones. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done.
