Job Description
Summary In this role you will be responsible for driving the market growth of high voltage disconnect switches in North America region. You will also be responsible for developing business strategy to meet order intake and margin targets. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge of high voltage equipment specifically in the North America market.


  • Develop and execute a plan to grow products to target markets and key accounts
  • Interface and liaison between the sales team and business to meet customer demands
  • Partner with the regional commercial teams to drive market share growth
  • Build project specific technically & commercially compliant attractive offers within the constraints of technical feasibility and compliance; profitability, risk assessment and control, compliance with GE rules and processes (legal, risk, approval process) and market competitiveness
  • Define and develop business strategies/plans to meet order booking and margin plans
  • Provide leadership and support to channel partners. Responsible for maintaining and growing order booking and operational profit targets
  • Maintain commercial databases with up-to-date and accurate information
  • Shape and craft value propositions for the market


Required Qualifications


  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and some international travel as needed
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a commercial capacity (Sales, Commercial Operations, or equivalent field)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) discipline or Business from an accredited college or university

The salary range for this position is 104,100.00 - 138,800.00 - 173,500.00 USD . The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus of 30%.
