CR is seeking a Regional Account Manager who will work with our customers, bucket shops, and channel partners to develop CR’s business in Surface Mining and Quarry markets.
To be successful in the role you will have demonstrated experience in being able to identify, meet, and exceed sales growth targets, acting as the principal point of contact for all customers. Increase the presence, market share, and brand awareness of CR within the region. (Candidate can be located in Utah, Nevada, Colorado and Arizona)
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively present CR’s product line and value proposition to stakeholders .
- Establishing new and maintaining current relationships with top tier mining companies
- Develop competitive offerings which differentiate CR in the market
- Travel to meet with clients
- Establishing various means of driving sales and revenue
- Participate in trade shows to build customer network.
- Determine the best sales channel strategy to support and grow the business.
- Establish clear, simple agreements with partners to ensure customer success.
- Be a leader within the CR organization to ensure customer requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
- Determine market pricing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management (or Degree with significant practical experience) preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Mining Services or within the mining industry
- Mining or heavy equipment sales experience will be well regarded
- Experience with large surface mining equipment including excavators, electric rope shovel, wheel loaders and/or draglines will be well regarded
- MSHA certification preferred
Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Sales channel management experience. Previous regional exposure.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Spanish will be advantageous
- Previous mining products/ services sales experience. Relevant product knowledge
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
