We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Event Sales Manager to drive event revenue for current and upcoming Pinstripes locations. The ideal candidate should have experience building national relationships with meeting planners, DMO’s, and DMC’s. This is a high-impact role that requires an individual with exceptional sales, marketing, and communication skills. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for Event Sales. We offer a competitive base salary, which includes commission with no cap, as well as a quarterly and annual bonus program. Those who are adept at building relationships, and have a single-minded focus on delivering quality should apply.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals for the event space.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service before, during, and after events.
- Work with clients to understand their event needs and provide customized proposals.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients for the event spaces across the United States.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and build networks.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitability for the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the events industry and trends.
- 5+ years of experience in event sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
