JOB ROLE (Interim 6 months)
The Sales Manager will develop new business and grow existing wholesale accounts in fashion retail, in partnership with the USA sales team. Reporting to the Global Sales Director. Must Have Senior Fashion Wholesale Sales Experience. This is a "Sales Driven Role"
ROLE REQUIREMENT
· Drive sales and margin growth of existing USA wholesale accounts as per the agreed budget.
· Deliver new USA wholesale partnerships, within a defined timeframe that are relevant to the brand, agreed by the Commercial Director and in-line with the strategic distribution blueprint for the USA.
· Work collaboratively with the planning, merchandising and marketing teams to garner cross functional support for partnership plans.
· Work collaboratively with the global DTC teams to ensure all partnership activity is complimentary to RADLEY’s web and store strategies.
· Work with the USA sales team to deliver business recaps and recommendations to SLT and other senior executives as required.
· Accountable for planning, organizing, and executing seasonal markets (virtual and showroom, 4 x per year).
Must have contacts with major US Department stores.
· Travel will be required US & UK
