Special Event Project Manager

Are you experienced in delivering large-scale corporate events and exhibitions within an agency environment?

This role does require previous experience working in a fast-paced agency setting.

A global 100+ person experience agency that works with big tech clients on 3-day events is looking for someone who has experience scoping, project managing, negotiating rates, managing suppliers and budgets, and tracking data and profit around events.

This role can be fully remote-based but needs to be able to work in an EST or CST timezone with regular travel to Vegas, Austin, and Miami.

The team is highly ambitious, collaborative (with some of the team being based in the UK) forward thinking using new technology and experiential design to create their events.
