Regional Sales Manager - Packaging

Mid-size leading high-quality manufacturer of top-tier packaging solutions is looking for sales leaders to support its ongoing global expansion. We are specifically looking for experienced Sales Leaders who have expertise in delivering solutions for controlled packaging environments.

Verticals: Food, beverage, healthcare (pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals, etc.), medical devices, consumer products, etc.

Application: Flexible packaging, thermoformed packaging, contract packaging, flexographic, etc.

Essential Functions:

• Experience acting as a representative of the company at trade association meetings to promote our products.
• Experience developing annual sales forecasts for both new and strategic accounts while continuously nurturing and expanding the sales pipeline opportunities.
• Experience conducting thorough account analyses to determine customer needs.
• Experience collaborating effectively within the organization to gather and prepare relevant information for clients.
• Experience assuming a crucial role in driving business development, maintaining relationships, negotiating, and finalizing deals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong understanding of packaging solutions, potential customer base, and market dynamics.
• Ability to travel within the region
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 15+ years of direct industry experience
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and CRM Software
• 8+ years of sales experience in packaging with a history of meeting company metrics.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and short and long-term incentive-based programs.
