Job Description

Rotech Pumps & Systems Inc is a manufacturer of Pumps, Ball check Valves, and Mechanical seals with locations globally is seeking Candidates for Sales Managers. Rotech is quickly becoming a leader in the Pump and fluid service Industry.


This role will be distribution based on region, and will require travel within the area you are designated for.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Willing to travel and meets the goal.
  • Responsibilities include obtaining satisfactory customer contracts and ensuring accurate contracts verification and order processing
  • Responsible for driving sales of pumps, mechanical seals, and other products to various industries / Applications, such as water, wastewater, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Refineries.
  • Measures and reports daily/quarterly/annual reports as required by management.
  • Manages assigned sales territory within Company pricing guidelines.
  • Responsible to assist in establishing goals and objectives for the Sales group.
  • Responsibility will also include aggressively and profitably growing Rotech's market share across all specified product lines and inside the specified industries.
  • Produces weekly market activity reports and updates activities on CRM.
  • Coordinate with product experts to identify and capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Interacts with Company marketing operatives to provide feedback on initiatives.
  • Analyzes and reports customer feedback for continuous market share improvement.
  • Source new clients, conduct sales and cold calls follow up on leads and referrals to present product solutions and increase sales in the assigned industry.
  • Maintains customer and competitor records and participates in Sales Planning Sessions.
  • Responsible for getting Rotech products specified with consulting engineers and communicating the Rotech value proposition to engineers, contractors, and owners.
  • Maintains all departmental policies and procedures. Resolves disputes in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates all related activities in sales territory. Provides feedback to other departments as required.

Role Requirement

  • Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear well-thought-out recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • PC literate, and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
  • Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations
  • Strong, team-oriented leadership skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in industry-related direct sales preferably the Similar Pump Industry.
