What You'll Be Doing
Keep a watchful eye on the daily cash position of our properties, ensuring financial stability.
Expertly reconcile monthly bank and mortgage statements for cash and escrow accounts.
Embrace the responsibility of reviewing and approving tenant billings, chargebacks, and any necessary adjustments.
Confirm cash receipts from tenants who pay rent and CAM via ACH, ensuring smooth transactions.
Be the accounting superhero by meticulously reviewing invoices for proper account coding and approval.
Play a crucial role in the payment approval process based on property cash flow.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive accounting work papers for each property you're assigned to.
Skillfully review and reconcile G/L accounts, posting necessary journal entries for impeccable books.
Complete the month-end close for your assigned properties with precision and efficiency.
Who You Are
You hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, showcasing your dedication to the field.
With a minimum of 3 years' accounting experience in the real estate industry or related activities, you bring valuable expertise to the table.
