Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Director of Healthcare Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our customer base within the healthcare sector, specifically targeting organizations that stand to benefit from our innovative medical coding and RCM automation tools.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management
• Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and nurture relationships to foster sales opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding MarianaAI's market share within the healthcare industry
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met and exceed expectations
• Understand customer pain points, communicate effectively how MarianaAI's solution can address them
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and relevant legislation

• Established network of decision-makers in healthcare provider organizations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, particularly in sales or business development
