This company is a leading provider of turnkey microgrid solutions, specializing in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive energy solutions for businesses and communities. Our innovative technologies and expertise enable us to deliver customized microgrid solutions that optimize energy generation, storage, and distribution.

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join their team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of our turnkey microgrid solutions. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and expand our client base by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets for turnkey microgrid solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the executive team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the clean energy industry, with specific experience in microgrid solutions, preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
