dQ&A is a team of patient-focused insights professionals working on diabetes and metabolic disease. Our work impacts 40 million people in the USA and more globally. Our clients are innovators in pharma, tech, patient organizations, and healthcare. We work in North America and Europe and have been growing at double-digit rates for the past few years.

We are seeking an experienced healthcare or consumer insights researcher who combines professional and nuanced account management and business development expertise with strong research skills. Our clients will rely on you for the critical insights they need to solve their business problems, and you will be well compensated for helping to create better products and services for the patients our clients serve.

·You have deep insights experience – conjoint, segmentation, and factor analysis are all familiar ground for you, and you’re adept at interpreting qualitative research. You love getting your hands dirty in the data and developing insights and recommendations for clients.

·You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced work environments and are skilled at managing multiple high-priority projects at the same time.

·You value the work that we do and are motivated to help us make a difference.

·You take the initiative, driving sales and projects forward. You’re self-directed and comfortable working with remote teams.

Since 2009, dQ&A has combined deep diabetes knowledge with rigorous research techniques to amplify patient voices and analyze prescriber decision-making. As a company we have over 14 years of focused experience in diabetes research and consulting, plus our team leaders have individual experience at global companies including Nielsen, McKinsey, Bain, and Goldman Sachs.

The role

·This is a full-time employment position with great health and 401k benefits, a competitive base salary and performance-related reward structure.

·Remote working is welcome. About one-third of the current team is based in San Francisco, but you don’t have to be.

·The role will involve some travel to client companies, conferences, and company meetings. Some travel may be international.
