3 + years of work experience as a manager/analyst

Experience and knowledge of customer journey in mass and prestige retail environment and ecommerce

Manage vendors from research design (incl sample, questionnaire, discussion guide), field work, analysis, reporting and presentation delivery; ensuring data accuracy.

8+ years’ experience in roles of responsibility with market research

Build, manage and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and research scientists.

Establish the right team structure, upskill employees and guide the team through changes.

15+ years industry experience in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence

10+ years of experience managing teams of data analysts

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience translating technical concepts into business value and communicating insights to stakeholders

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management

Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and medical coding processes

Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, particularly in sales or business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
