Senior Director Of Sales

This pivotal role drives the sales strategy and leads the sales team for a business unit in the Food market. As such, this role ensures growing key customer accounts, developing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Reporting directly to the Vice President this role is critical to collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

·Define sales objectives and strategies aligned with the customer needs and the company's overall goals.

·Partner to identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and formulate effective sales tactics.

·Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships to maximize revenue growth.

·Integrate market data, competition, trends, and other factors to develop a commercial strategy

·Directly manage a team of Sales Directors and 40 staff indirectly underneath them.
