Sales Recruiter

We are looking for a Sales Recruiter who will work remotely as a 1099-Independent Contractor. We provide you with related new hire training and onboarding, sourcing resources, ATS database, network access and back-office operations. This is a commission only position and does not have a base salary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting cycle includes Job ads, sourcing, screening, selection, interview setup and placement.
Source candidates through traditional platforms and innovative strategies.
Assess candidate qualifications through resume reviews and phone screenings.
Serve as primary contact for candidates and hiring managers during the entire recruitment process.
Sales activities includes outgoing sales calls and ability to consistently close new business.
Business development planning to build strong professional relationships.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years’ full-cycle direct-hire recruiting and related sales experience.
Must live in the CST or EST Time Zones and be capable of passing a criminal background check.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to sourcing and recruitment.
Able to use Zoom, MS Teams, and other web-based meeting platforms.
Must be available to attend regular team meetings and conference calls as needed.
Ability to use Outlook, MS Office Suite and understanding of ATS software.
Superb communication capabilities and outstanding people skills.
Must be able to keep accurate records and submit reports as needed.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Desktop or Laptop with Internet access.
We do require that you have an active, functioning webcam for training and meetings.
For this position, a USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation is recommended.
