Job Description

Sales Director, Nutrition


Client:


Novaris Search are working in close collaboration with a leading speciality chemical and ingredient distributer who serve a diversified range of markets including food & nutrition.


Role:


This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Food and Nutrition, and you will be responsible for a team of Sales Account Managers.


As the Nutrition Sales Director, you will implement growth strategies for the Food and Nutrition Sales team to achieve overall business goals and strategies. You will lead and supervise a sales team within their defined region and will drive the achievement of sales objectives.


Requirements:


  • 5+ Years Sales Leadership Experience
  • Proven sales management experience leading a technical sales team
  • Knowledge of chemical distribution
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proven sales record in the Nutrition and Food US Speciality chemical market.
  • 10+ Years Commercial Experience in Nutrition and Food Markets
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%
