As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling CCHS’s first-of-its-kind health screening and point-of-care testing solutions to home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and other relevant stakeholders that may include ambulatory care facilities, payor/health plan organizations, and other related healthcare organizations.
The Sales Director is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing their assigned region, and selling CCHS solutions and professional services. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for selling the value proposition of the CCHS screening and point-of-care testing solutions. This involves developing and executing against a sales strategy within an assigned region where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing net new sales opportunities. You will work in partnership with other members of the CCHS team to successfully execute and achieve goals.
You will lead prospect and client meetings, manage critical relationships, and receive support from a cross-functional group of colleagues at CCHS as required. You will be expected to report on sales related activities, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and maintain and manage a sales forecast.

➢ Minimum of 7 years experience in Healthcare Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships in Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facilities or related experience preferred
➢ Strong understanding of the health care system and current regulatory environment related to labs, health human resources, Medicare/Medicaid, and procurement.
➢ Extensive relationships with healthcare leaders withing the HHA & SNF is required
➢ Team oriented, strong relationship building skills, Self-Starter with a winning attitude
➢ Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and interact with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-Suite
➢ Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and a client-cantered approach.
➢ Able to prioritize and complete work activities to maximize the efficient use of time and resources in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
➢ Able to engage in strategic discussions and inform decisions through evidence and experience in a collaborative setting.
➢ Available and willingness for Travel
