Job Description
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and consistent manner to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on our competitor's services
  • Keep track of all leads and opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs.
  • Conduct research on potential customers and their industries to better understand their needs and to pitch accordingly.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products through various routes to market
  • Developing sales strategies and Achieving the sales targets and goals set for your area
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to identify sales opportunities


Requirements:

  • Experience in acquiring new healthcare staffing clients is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with healthcare MSP is required
  • Proven track record of inside sales success
  • Prior experience in opening new engagements with healthcare MSP/VMS
