With a strong presence in Australia and Europe, we are now expanding our business to the United States to achieve global growth. Our aim is to provide high-quality customer solutions and supply chain support in the promotional products field, leading the market with our exceptional services.
To accomplish this, we are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving customer disputes related to orders, actively participating in conflict resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ensure a feedback loop within the team to enhance the localization of our online channels, including the website, and align product offerings with the local market.
- Conduct daily activities such as cold-calling, in-person visits, and relationship building to expand and maintain a strong network of clients.
- Plan and execute 5-6 annual trade shows in the US, including participation in PPAI and ASI exhibitions, to attract potential clients.
- Handle inquiries and provide guidance to the domestic team to facilitate order placements and ensure timely completion.
Collaboration:
As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our overseas teams to establish effective communication and collaboration. This includes coordinating trade show participation, exchanging market insights, and aligning strategies to drive success in the US market.
Requirements:
- Familiar with ASI/PPAI/SAGE platform
- Familiar with CRM sales funnel management
- Effective resolution of customer disputes to enhance customer experience
- Strong knowledge of the US market, including key players, trends, and industry regulations
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the promotional products and branded merchandise field
- Willingness to travel for domestic trade shows, client visits
