Duties/Responsibilities:

• Resource management: Develops and directs freelance teams; ensures that adequate resources are available for each service area.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Workflow management: Ensures that the right workflow is used in each service area based on the needs of the client, project, and program.
• Coordinates the development, design and production of digital e-learning materials.
• Communication management: Serves as the communication lead on assigned projects, coordinating among all internal and external stakeholders.
• Quality management: Reviews deliverables before they are pushed live to ensure the highest quality possible.
• Schedule management: Creates, updates, and manages customer-facing and internal schedules and status reports. Ensures that projects stay on schedule

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to work in an energetic, deadline-driven, and highly creative environment.
• BA/BS degree is a big plus.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; demonstrated success working in digital content production
• Proficient in G-suite tools such as Sheets, Slides and Gmail.
• Video production and e–learning experience highly desired but not required
• Experience managing workflows involving both local and international stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects independently.
• Ability to plan, direct, and facilitate new product development
• Ability to develop or interpret workflow and specification instructions effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to interact with external stakeholders, including customers
• Strong leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
