Business Development Assistant Jobs

Job Duties:

-Provides support for Business Development activities such as client relationship management and social mediamarketing.

-Answers email inquiries and phone calls while ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to questions, concerns, and client request.

-Serve as the contact point for clients and deliver messages and reports.

-Obtains positive and negative feedback from patients and referral sources, reporting the information to the appropriate teams.

-Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines.

-Schedules client meetings and patient appointments.

-Updates and maintains the Excel filing systems, performing light data entry as required.

-Drafts social media, website, andmarketingcontent and updates sites as needed.

-Assist with miscellaneous office administration tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Applicant must have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, as well as a willingness to learn. Applicant must be motivated, customer service oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail. The applicant must also have reliable transportation.
