Job Description

BioTecRec is working with an exciting tech-based CRO, to become a member of their Business Development team of their Oncology division. Our partner provides contract research clinical services to the biotechnology industry.


Well qualified candidates will be granted a generous compensation package (+ a potential equity package!) and full company benefits!


Responsibilities:

  • Ambitiously pursue awareness of competitors activities, positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Analyse potential new business; develop a sales plan and target each proposed customer.
  • Continually prospect and grow potential new business opportunities within the oncology sector.
  • Communicate with the contracts and proposals team to submit proposals to clients in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oncology CRO sales
  • 5+ years experience selling CRO services
  • Masters degree in science is a plus
