JOB BRIEF

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Project Manager, primarily as a Brand Advertiser Outreach Specialist.

A successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out (sales) to brands, charities, and influencers for our mar-tech app to establish new clients and potential partnerships.

Additionally, this person will attend conferences to meet and search out brand advertisers to bring on as clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track and report on partnership metrics and success rates
• Manage communication with potential advertising partners through email, social media, and other channels
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute partnership initiatives
• Attend conferences to network and meet with potential brand partners, charities and influencers
• Develop outreach strategies to engage with potential partners and build relationships
• Outreach to potential advertisers, digital agencies, media buyers, social marketing strategists plus building on those relationships
• Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners, charities and influencers

QUALIFICATIONS

• This is an entry-level to mid level position, so we are open to hiring recent graduates or individuals with relevant work experience. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing and building partnerships, we encourage you to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong sales skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
• Creative and strategic mindset
• A passion for marketing and building brand partnerships

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Benefits include health insurance (100% paid) and unlimited time off

• WFH currently with potential of in person meetings
• The salary is $55,000 per year plus commission
