Job Description

The Systems Depot is a national distributor of Burglar, Fire, CCTV, and Access Control equipment headquartered in Hickory, NC.


We have an immediate opening for a General Manager / Business Development position for ourSacramento, CABranch.


This position will be expected to increase sales, improve efficiency, and increase profits while managing the overall Sacramento branch and its’ employees.


The General Manager & Business Development position will be responsible for the sales performance of the branch, including growing the relationship with our existing customers and generating new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying customers.


This position will be responsible for incremental sales growth and the profitability of the branch, warehouse operations, and the Depot Express Delivery service.


Candidates must have a proven sales experience working with customer accounts to increase business, solid leadership capabilities, and excellent computer skills.


Prefer candidates with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a leadership position with extensive Sales experience.
