JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with a focus on strategic IT for life science companies. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals to drive growth for our thriving business. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, an impressive track record in selling products and consulting services, and a strategic approach to business development.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Generate detailed proposals and presentations that highlight Ceilto's unique value proposition.
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in the life sciences sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans in line with company objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of driving business and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, including key players and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, IT, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a strong customer-centric approach.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on strategic IT consulting for life science companies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
