Description: LoiLo Inc. is collaborating with Dr. Takahashi from DePaul University and other schools in San Francisco to develop ICT lessons. Our primary focus is on creating digital materials for mathematics using a problem-solving approach, specifically aligned with the US syllabus.
We are seeking for dedicated individuals to provide platform training, classroom support, and participate in meetings with principals to support this project.

Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious candidate to drive our expansion by identifying and securing new partner schools, while also providing exceptional support to existing schools. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a passion for promoting our educational solutions to schools in U.S.A.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and facilitate workshops for teachers.
- Actively pursue new customer acquisitions, specifically targeting schools.
- Create and post articles on social networking sites to promote educational resources.
- Record and edit class videos for promotional purposes.
- Perform on-site demonstrations to school teachers.
- Conduct online demonstrations to school teachers.
- Organise and coordinate educational events to showcase our offerings and engage with the education community.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Self Starter, highly motivated and confident individual with out-standing public speaking skills.
- Ability to listen to customers to find out their needs.
- Skill in explaining things clearly(Skill to summarize one's thoughts in concise sentences, Critical thinking to grasp the essence of things)
- Ability to speak Japanese is preferred.(Not mandatory)
- 3 or more years of Sales or Teaching experience in education industry.
- An outgoing personality that can relate positively to others.
- Ability to speak English fluently like a native-speaker level.
- Must Visits to the 4 elementary schools in San Francisco that have piloted the company's products (Existing customers)
