Job Summary : As a Sales Manager at Fieldking USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth.This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives in US.

• Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and evaluate competitive landscape.

• Set sales goals, create sales plans, and forecast sales projections.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.

• Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads and promote the company's products.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in Farm Implements/Auto industry.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Mechanical Engineer with a degree in business will be preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the agriculture equipment market, products, and industry trends.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the agriculture equipment industry.

Industry Type: Automotive/Machinery Manufacturing preferred
