Job title:Human Resource Specialist (Workday)

Location:Remote

Key Details:

Workday – must be able to perform the following transactions in Workday and/or SuccessFactors independently using documentation provided by HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services.

  • Perform new hire/rehire process for employees and contingent workers
  • Cost center changes
  • Enter IT provisioning details (Workday)
  • Location changes
  • Job profile and job title changes
  • Terminations
  • Create positions
  • Transfers
  • Post job requisitions.This includes reviewing job description for accuracy (spelling, formatting, grammar) prior to posting.
  • Pay changes (includes reviewing transaction in ADP to ensure accurate transfer)
