Job Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a fully remote HR project manager consultant for one of our clients with a national footprint. This critical and confidential project requires someone who has 10+ years of HR organizational development experience and reorganization expertise. This client is going through a restructuring and is requiring additional help in a national level reduction in force.


  • US Employment law and regulatory impact
  • This HR project requires someone who has:
  • Heavy Employee Relations experience
  • Coached managers on handling Reductions In Force (RIF)
  • Stakeholder reporting
  • Adverse impact analysis


Our client is looking for someone who can handle the day to day tactical work while being able to understand the broader downstream impact of these decisions. This is a fully remote opportunity and is expected to last 6 months in duration. Our client is looking to implement this consultant immediately - please apply today!


This role is targeting to pay $40-$45/hourly. We cannot support 1099 consultants for this role.
