Who You'll Work With
Red Bull in Phoenix is a new location that serves the global firm across several paths such as Executive Assistant, Visual Graphics, Practice Management and People Operations.
You will work hand in hand with the HR Generalist as well as firm colleagues and leadership to provide them with administrative support and act as point of contact for assistance.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will work towards enhancing employee experience by owning and ensuring availability and integrity of data across all critical areas of the employee life cycle such as onboarding, leave management, engagement, and off-boarding, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
You will support new hire orientation and employee engagement initiatives. You will administratively support firm members during employee life-cycle events (e.g., role changes, mobility, etc.) including managing relevant data in our people systems and HR data records.
You will serve as a point of contact for all geographic colleagues on HR policies and guidelines and collaboratively work with the People Operations team on shared processes, ensuring best practices are followed, and jointly problem solving on ongoing process improvements. Lastly, you will also model and apply firm values and ensure inclusion and diversity in the office.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; degree in HR will be a plus
1+ years of HR experience; in a global organization preferred
Exposure to HR systems and labor law
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
Meets deadlines and demonstrates good judgement on when/how to escalate issues
Highly responsive to requests for help
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Collaborative and professional, even when under pressure
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong ownership evident through responsibility and accountability for end results
Optimistic, resilient, and flexible
