We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with a strong background in B2B services purchases. This role will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with our B2B service providers, ensuring that our company receives the highest quality of services at the best value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Manage the procurement process for B2B services, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B services procurement.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
