Photographer Real Estate & Homes - Remote | Wfh

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer to join our team at our company.
As our Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for taking appealing photos of homes, while also capturing any negative aspects of the property. You will also be expected to provide quick movies and 3D tours at each location. All equipment and training will be provided.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills who is comfortable using software and able to organize tasks and time effectively. The ideal candidate will also be forgiving and grateful, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with checklists and systems. Good transportation is necessary, as this role requires driving in the areas of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton and Baldwin counties.

This position is open to applicants of any adult age, and experience in the industry is not necessary. However, experience in working effectively and a passion for helping others are highly valued. Actual technical skills can be trained.
This is a part-time, internship, or contract position, with pay ranging from $12,000.00 to $14,000.00 per year. There are no benefits as this is an independent contractor position, and mileage is not covered.
Our office locations are at 700 S Palafox St, Pensacola FL 32502 and 201 SE Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach FL 32548. However, almost all of the work of this position can be done from home and on location.
