Responsibilities
You'll be a valuable asset to our Florida-based team, ensuring accurate recording of all communications in the patient's record.
Scheduling and organizing appointments will be an important part of your day-to-day tasks.
Updating and maintaining medical records and insurance reports will help keep everything running smoothly.
You'll actively check in with patients and ensure their charts are up to date.

Skills And Requirements
Experience in a sales call center environment is a plus, but we value the willingness to learn and grow even more.

Requirements
High School Diploma/GED, as we believe education comes in various forms.
A PC (no MAC) with a minimum 1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, and 40 GB of free space (don't worry; we'll conduct a computer test).
Excellent computer navigation skills, including moving between multiple windows and programs with ease.
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute to ensure smooth interactions.
Existing High-Speed Internet access at home via ETHERNET (No WIFI, Hotspot, or Wireless) for reliable communication.
Your home office space should be quiet, noise-free, and free of distractions, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service.
