Location
Preferred: St. Pete/Tampa, Florida (close to HQ)
Considered: Remote for the right candidate

Requirements:
7+ years in the MSP/ITSP industry
Minimum 4 years in a leadership role
Working knowledge of Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, & Hubspot
Experience with VoIP or other similar managed service delivery
Responsibilities:
Own the status page; you're the go-to for system health.
Conduct daily stand-ups with tier leads.
Serve as a mentor and coach for the support team.
Document all processes in Confluence like a pro.
Hold bi-annual performance reviews.
Document and report on KPIs
Be able to recognize scaling needs and implement solutions to resolve them
