As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in enrolling people with diabetes or hypertension in our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, offering them the invaluable benefits of their insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
Make a difference by providing outstanding customer experiences to every caller.
Maintain accurate records of all communications in the patient's file.
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments for patients.
Keep medical records and insurance reports up-to-date.
Proactively check and update patients' charts with the utmost care.
Handle various administrative tasks, such as producing and distributing correspondence materials.
Efficiently respond to callers, offering helpful solutions, and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
Utilize software and databases effectively to streamline processes.

Qualifications
Reside in the State of Florida (remote position).
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Possess a service-oriented mindset with great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Showcase exceptional customer service skills, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
Flexibility to work in shifts (9 am to 5 pm, 10 am to 6 pm, or 12 pm to 8 pm) to suit your lifestyle.
Previous experience in a sales call center environment is a bonus.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Must have access to a PC with a minimum 1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, and 40 GB of free space (computer test will be conducted).
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
Reliable high-speed internet access (no Wi-Fi, hotspot, or wireless).
