Job Description

A family-owned company is currently seeking Administrative Assistant for a full-time permanent position in Walpole, MA. Seeking Candidates who have 1+ Years of administrative experience in construction.


Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:

  • Approve permits and applications for new contracts.
  • Assist site superintendents with scheduling.
  • Perform other office tasks as needed.
  • Answer phones.
  • Track contracts and update information when needed.
  • Track and manage project related information including financial and contact information.
  • Greet and direct all visitors.


Requirements of Administrative Assistant:

  • 1+ Years of administrative experience in construction is required
  • Must have previous experience with TEAMS.
  • Sharpoint and ProCore experience a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in construction field preferred.
