Customer Service Representative - Remote ($17.00 / Hour)

Job Responsibilities

• Review enrollment details with members and confirm acceptance
• Log and update all member information accurately
• Provide customer service while maintaining member identity confidentiality
• Take inbound calls to assist members with benefits enrollment
• Respond and assist with any questions or concerns regarding client benefit information

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with multiple screens and handling a high volume of phone calls
• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, healthcare experience preferred
• Must have a quiet workplace and fast high-speed internet (equipment provided)
• Open to working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-8pm EST (5:30am-6pm PST)
