- Utilize knowledge of the healthcare industry, Medicare, Medicaid, and medical claims to assist customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding customer service
- Handle outbound calls and conduct complex benefits investigations for payers
- Familiarity with medical claims processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
- At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience (does not need to be healthcare-related)
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare insurance experience, specifically in eligibility and enrollment
- High school diploma (verified)
