Job Responsibilities

• Respond and assist with any questions or concerns regarding client benefit information
• Review enrollment details with members and confirm acceptance
• Provide customer service and adhere to member identity confidentiality
• Log and update all member information accurately
• Take inbound calls to assist members with their benefits enrollment

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in data entry
• Experience with office/phones
• Minimum 1 year of call center customer service experience
