Remote Customer Service Representative - Referral Link ($12.00 - $19.00 / Hour)

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions and requests.
• Provide quality customer service and accurate information to callers.
• Address and resolve basic account questions by researching account details and making necessary edits.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide account updates.
• Compile and prepare information for processing adjustments to customer accounts.

Job Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to make adjustments, updates, and corrections to accounts.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to use a personal computer and basic office equipment.
• Must be able to use and maintain keyboarding skills.
• Perform work required for this position in an office environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively using various methods.
